The Power of the Internet…
The Web offers a world of opportunity for individuals and companies, providing the means to present their organization, business, products and services on a global scale.
Website Design – Our Methods and Process

Treosite works very closely with its clients and our entire website development process is designed to build and maintain our client’s trust and confidence no matter the size or type of website. You can have confidence because you will always know what to expect from us.

Pre-contract phase.
During this phase, Treosite meets with the client to define project parameters.

  • Goals and objectives of the client are reviewed - targeted market segments and special features are noted, general timeline and budget estimates are prepared.
  • Solutions and project milestones are discussed.
  • Scope of work and technical details are finalized
  • A written proposal, including an exact quote, a description of recommended design solutions, and design alternatives are submitted for the client’s review.

Contract completion.
Final terms are reviewed and approved and the contract is executed.

Analysis phase.
During the analysis phase the client’s current business processes, operating procedures, and organizational structures are examined in order to set realistic expectations and goals for the web site. In addition:

  • The project timeline is finalized.
  • Hardware, software and operating requirements of the platform are determined.
  • Client content and images are gathered for use on the site.
  • Hosting plans are proposed, reviewed and accepted.
  • The chosen domain is registered.

Design phase.
During the design phase, our web designers incorporate the information gathered in the analysis phase and submit creative, highly functional web solutions to the client. Client participation in the final design phase ensures a successful outcome.

Prototype review.
We provide the client with a prototype site on our servers throughout the project life cycle. This prototype allows the client to provide real-time input and design approval as we go, avoiding any unnecessary delays in project completion.

Development phase.
In the development phase, the prototype becomes the final, online site.
During the design phase, two milestones are reached:

  • Release (Alpha): The web site has all functionality, but it is not completely refined. Most of the design and graphic interface (GUI) work is complete. The client has the opportunity to evaluate the product and recommend changes.
  • Launch (Beta): This is the final version of the web site. All the functionality, design and graphics are complete. Only the final tests need to be performed to ensure quality control.

Quality Control.
Folowing the alpha release, Treosite completes a system test to ensure that all components of the web site are fully functional and are consistent with the prototype approved during the design phase.

Implementation.
Once the Beta release is delivered and accepted by the client, the site is moved to its corresponding domain, the domain name is registered in search engines, and email accounts and auto-responders are set up.

Maintenance.
We have a number of options for site maintenance contracts, or hourly rates for less complex site modifications.
